The wine cellar<\/strong> is a profound, liquid map of the region, dominated by native grape varieties such as Nerello Mascalese and Carricante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the entrance to the ancient winery, you can stop in the lounge bar<\/strong> for a cocktail<\/strong> inspired by Mount Etna and local delicacies.<\/p>\n\n\n In Zash’s rooms, design meets nature in 17 unique settings<\/strong>, visually connecting with the landscape:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Historic Rooms<\/strong>: Located on the first floor of the main house or in the former caretaker’s house, they retain their high ceilings and overlook the citrus groves, with balconies scented with orange blossoms. The Zash SPA is an intimate and completely private sensory experience. Housed in one of the estate’s historic spaces, it is entirely clad in lava stone,<\/strong> an ancestral reference to the volcano’s energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The wellness program <\/strong>includes a heated indoor pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna, and a charming hot tub. Treatments and massages use local essences, such as Sicilian citrus oils, designed to regenerate the body after a day spent exploring the world of Etna.<\/p>\n\n\n Zash’s location makes it perfect for lovers of rail tourism and the atmosphere of times gone by.
