In 2008<\/strong>, following extensive international experience in the food and wine sector, he embarked on a project to repurpose his family\u2019s historic masseria<\/em> (farm estate).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manfredi oversaw an environmentally conscious restoration<\/strong>, transforming the property into a boutique hotel <\/strong>and restaurant<\/strong>. The result marries centuries-old family traditions with contemporary comfort and designer aesthetics\u2014an approach influenced by the minimal-chic style he absorbed during his long period of working in Belgium.<\/p>\n\n\n
